Word of the Year Art Journal

Here is an update on the third signature of my book this year. I have been working in it for 8 months now (!!), and each section is a bit different from each other.

So far this signature – July to September – contains a lot of:

• found items
• scribbled text and doodles
• photos
• typed text

I don’t think that’s really a “theme”, but it has been helpful to have all of the same supplies on hand to pull from. Less work for my brain, deciding on this stuff, so I can focus on journaling my emotions, learnings, goals, etc.
